The Maharashtra government has relaxed the terms for the deemed conveyance (DC)-ownership right of plot certificate from the builder, by bringing down the number of documents required from 12 to 8 and stipulating that DC will be given even if the society does not have an Occupation Certificate (OC) or the Building Completion Certificate (CC).

Saheb why intelligent law makers not made law as when the sale deed is as equal as conveyance deed because RDX downloaded in oct1993 and blast took place in 1993. 6 months sovereignity could track RDX , how could constitution protect indian people. How many constructions all over India have been screened by supreme court and how much land under litigation retained by supreme court. Leaving loop holes it means no knowledge of people mentality?
