Really empowering ,just if you could avoid F words and sxxt word it will be easy to flow . Just like the dead word you avoid . If only people have better vocab for those emotion releasing words it would be like reading a good book . To resonate with today generation need not be with these words . To uplift consciousness ,spiritual awakening people can be inspiring by choosing alternative words,language expressions .Mantras and words have a vibration so these words should be less used if not avoided in at least in spiritually inspiring messages.

An 11 minute meditation in a friend's made sauna with a wood burning stove. Whatever happened I exited and came back in a state of peace and calmness. I ended up in a burn unit 4 skin graphs and almost losing my life. Thank you universe. I had to lose everything even my life , home everything I knew

Wow Incredible Story! I've experienced Ego death a few times and it's always etched in me that we do definitely go through cycles of where the old identity must die and the new more authentic self must rise. A lot of this is very common when first awakening, but I don't always think we talk about how we can have multiple rebirths the more we do this deconditioning work. Sat nam 🙏🙏

I remember a couple years ago thinking too myself life is so perfect right now, full of opportunities coming my way, then i thought everytime i think this something happens... so i told myself not to think like that and just enjoy... but a that week my mother passed away... so I dont think we project negativity in happy times i think the universe gives it to us. like ended one chapter time to learn a new one. so now i just embrace it
