@priyaa You don’t always have to assume the first discounting rate dear. Sometimes NPV and IRR will be asked together And one rate of return or discounting rate will be provided so for IRR calculation use that rate first and then assume the second rate depending upon the NPV you got from the first rate.

Or they can just ask IRR calculation and still they would provide you with one discounting rate Use that Assume the second one But if nothing is given then you have to assume both the rates but this is a rare scenario dear. Hope your doubt is clear😊

@@SahebAcademy Okay☺️ I got this doubt because in the sum they didnt mention any Discounting rate. And they calculated FPBP and got it as 2.5 years . They said check the Annual Table and then u can get 25-28%. It was really confusing
