Wrong, it will not separate the bottom FROM the top. Over time, the tools will pull the bottom TO the top. In other words, it helps level the playing field more for all. Eventually, the top falls off or becomes less relevant and retires. Long term its very optimistic and not so gloomy. The benefits could be gained by all if this is done right! What a wonderful world we live in :)

Basically, we wre uncertain of future. Aim to please a niche not masses. Do something not just for money making but also what keeps us at good health.. mental physical and emotional. Dont aim to be the best, aim to be valued (not mainly financial but by actual people for who you matter). Leverage the tools by ai out there. Have various sources of income. Find a sweet spot of whats fun to do, whats needed, and what can earn in decent way, as money is not going to only lead to long term happiness.

I did 5x-10x my entire charges every project now because I was playing with all the AI Tools since 2022. It does help. True. But I really liked the idea about boring businesses. Recently I have noticed working with B2B it’s a better transaction. It’s not cool, but work is being valued and you are building a very strong relationship with someone who you have genuinely provided value and getting paid for that, feels great.

I am a designer working for A.I. product company. My personal quest has been for past 3 -4 years come with a Framework which lets everyone collaborate by defining the problem we can solve and how A.I. can help us…… we are in a era of multimodal experiences and models are available for anything. So you should be able to define the context and ask if A.I. can be of help, if yes ideate and come up with scenarios / for which models will be provided……again generative A.I. is not the on,y form of A.I. output out there. Rather going forward there will be auto prompts for example used in creating synthetic data…… so in the future creative thinkers will be in huge demand who knows their domain well……. That’s where job creation will happen…… another important job creation would be ethics and law….. which have to control biases and governance of defining how, what and why……. It’s like writing constitution customised to one…..

AIs will increase productivity of already productive people by many many fold. GPT4 for coding and Bing for web search & research about topics and also brainstorm are now indispensable for me. If you're fearful of joblessness unfortunately it's only the beginning of the AI era. We're yet to see full robot & AI integration and robotos doing complex tasks, which means a lot of human workers will be replaced by robots. Elon Musk has plans to make millions of robots. The Chinese govt has officially declared their goal of becoming a world leader in Robotics by 2027, they're going all out. Unfortunately, most of the things he said that AIs can't do, they will be able to do that very soon. Treat AIs as an extension of your brain and abilities... or your employees and you being a ceo.
