A mother could be father role but a father never never can replace the role of the mother no matter how hard he tries. And I know a lot about this because I was a father raising my two daughters alone from an early age. A mother would have already scolded Reza for the way he behaves sometimes, and she certainly wouldn't have had to, because a mother knows when to say no, no matter how much it hurts her, which is something a father doesn't do, we think that everything is solved by buying them presents! and that’s wrong If Sahel cries for any unimportant reason, he picks her up in her arms to stop her crying. He can't stand to hear her cry. If she were the mother... hahaha, then let her cry, it will go away and she will learn that way.

Might I suggest you buy some closets or dressers with drawers to put the clothes in. I understand that you are "nomads" but you are not on the move now and you need to get the clothes organized so they aren't all just thrown into a box in a corner where everyone has to dig through everything to find what they want to wear that day.
