Hello Chaye I recently delivered a baby boy and I seriously put lot of efforts while I was pregnant, I used to eat only ghar ka khana n that too healthy, lot of salad, fruits, rice dal khichdi etc. Koi doctor ye nai kehta ki aap ghar ka bana kuch bhi kha sakte ho, its wrong. U should not take caffiene, sugar etc. On top of that u need to walk a lot.Since Saba is also 30+ this can't be true ki doctor ne aisa kaha ho ki kuch v khao n sofe pe baithe raho, its bullshit.If at all she is pregnant, she should atleast take care of the baby.

I actually dont understand this concept of bringing in and then celebrations...actually madam was little careless..what Sahiba is doing is right as far as she is pregnant.. because if we experience miscarriage next time we are very careful....in my case also for almost til my 8 month i was not going around...some pregancy are like this...i always believed madam was very very careless in her pregnancy and i was surprised her in laws didnt do much

First question...Is it a "Ritual" in their family to get the house reconstructed during High Risk pregnancy and compromise with the comfort of being at home...🤔🤔 If it is a high risk pregnancy then proper diet has to be taken which is prescribed by the Doctor along with Dos and Don'ts... And proper diet DOESN'T means...Heavy and Gastric Food with lots of Ghee or Oil... Because I have been through that and I know... So if she is having a high risk pregnancy then she has to be very careful about her balanced and nutritious diet... She should not Copy her Bhabi who used to eat without any thoughts...
