Hi! I am so glad you're here. I hope you decide to subscribe and stick around. My name is Christy. I am mama to 6 children and also have a wonderful step-son Alex and a step-son in heaven, Jimmy. We are a Christian, homeschooling family. We just moved onto a 2.5 acre homestead fixer upper. I am a registered nurse and homemaker. We share our lives here on KZbin as well as videos on homemaking and homeschooling. It is my hope that you find encouragement here. I am not a perfectly curated channel and I do not stage my videos. I’d like to know how you balance country living life with sports all activities. I grew up on a family farm in the country. There simply wasn’t time to run to town for all the activities. Hats off to you momma

I clean airbnbs.. we are required to clean regardless of the condition the place was left in and our clients put a line item in the tab specifically for cleaning fees, maybe your contract was different?? Anyway, I do love how you go beyond to make the places you stay in so fresh & clean. Love that you are posting regularly again!!

I’m really enjoying your vlogs again! I had really missed them. Funny thing..I thought at the beginning of the video it was y’all’s house with the basement, but quickly realized it wasn’t. I have always thought a basement would be nice to add extra space onto the house and stay cooler in the summer. I live in Texas and they are not popular around here.

100% random question but I know you’ve said in previous videos your family is kind of a “night owl” family. Do the younger kids stay up late too? My son is 3 and I feel like he’d stay awake 24/7 if I let him he never wants to sleep. 😂
