Dear Viewer , Supposed in one count you get 200 fibres per yarn cross section. For that fibre no of fibres per roving cross section just 200xRing frame actual draft. Supposed ring frame draft 40. Then 200x40=8000 fibres per roving cross section. Same case of Sliver 8000xsimplex draft= Supposed simplex draft 12. Then fibres per RSB sliver cross section=8000x12=96000 fibres per cross section of RSB sliver.

Dear Viewer Take accurate wrapping of that card.see the doff length what you have feed. For exp Card wrapping 0.120. Doff length of can -9000 mts Gram /meter of sliver- 0.59÷0.120=4.9166 So net sliver weight= 9000x4.9166=44250 gms=44 kg 250 gms.
