Long thin,long thick,count variation in auto coner even in count cv below 1.5 in blended count.ex.banboo 60 %psf 40 %.R/f mc wise auto coner checked,all mc found this issue.kindly suggest pls.d/f different setting trail no improve,

Dear viewer, please merge bamboo fibers in carded sliver form, open it on blender,then layering & toppling must to do. set bottom roll gauge of drawframes as per fibre length. Set half lea streangth 65-70 . Set long cluster setting in autoconer tight.Dia difference also tight. follow my video for contolling count cv of yarn. see the classimat video of my channel also.
