Sir, Sahu city me plots bhi hain jo 10 saal pahle logo ko beche gaye the .. Mai janna chahta hun ki kya ye plot ka layout Zila panchayat se approved hai ? Agar han to use verify karne ko koi online tarika hai ?? 2031 ke master plan me dularmau area ko green field me rakha hai to kya sahu city ke plots green field me aate hain???

@@PropertyWaleBabu सर ,shine city phase 2 नगराम निलमथा रोड पर प्लॉट लेने में कोई दिक्कत तो नहीं होगी न सर ? बताया जा रहा है कि यह प्रोजेक्ट रेरा में पंजीकृत भी है। कृपया थोड़ी जानकारी देने की कृपा करें। वहाँ रेट सस्ते हैं और मेरे जैसे लोगों की पहुँच के अन्दर है। आभार सहित।

Tower 3 flat number 1105, I have paid full amount along with registry fee and extra registry service..after this saying have some issue in registry so your stamp will be cancelled we'll initiate your registry fee amount..then new registry stamp will be purchased..still not getting any refund..also staff members not responding properly 😊 Note: Maintenance charge electricity connection charge power back charge paid 4 month back but still not delivered my flat, so my other charge will not be used as 1 year will be completely with this issue.😊

@@bipinchoudhary6193 Total Township me 15-16% Road Dena hota hai, Bade Chote plot ke Samne isi hisab se decide hota hai, Baki Agar plot ke 1 Taraf park aur dusri taraf Road ho to 25 Feet Road bhi Rahti hai
