Once again, Saibh brings in both simplicity and sincerity, and attaches it to herself. No, I am not high. I remember watching a very young John Denver, (NAME DROPPING!!! DOIN'T CARE) with my father, in Long Beach California, at a small dive bar/pub and he said that to me. That was how Denver wrote songs. He had just played Rhymes and Reasons. Country Roads hadn't been written yet. He was considered a "folk singer" then. It was the 1960s and there was a burgeoning antiwar movement and the free love movement, aka: Hippies. I am NOT in the business. I went horribly bad and became an insurance lawyer. But it has always been fun to see new talent over the years. Saibh has a good book already. Her songs are many times conversational in tones, pure story telling. No predictions about her. Predictions are bad luck. But I hope Saibh will continue to write and play her guitar. Her songs make you happy and make you think. That is what I mean when I see in her a little of the time, and it even echoes in her fashion. She is always just lovely... Now that I have said all this next week she will go goth wear black spandex and join a metal band... :)

A great idea, Saibh! Something to watch (other than a still of you) while we listen to that great rendition, even has polaroids of you on it! The KZbin notification had the lyric video for "I hate U, I love U" which I am sure you know by now. I am anxious that my CD seems to be taking a long time getting here. RubyWorks mailed it on April 3rd with standard shipping so no tracking as far as I know. Allie's CDs that she mails get here in 5 days (way quicker than I usually get stuff from England). Am only writing this because I have noticed when one complains something is taking a long time it arrives in the next post . Now for some hot cross buns!!
