I read somewhere that in many eastern countries a professional dancer is expected to wear high heels because unless she would look rude, especially in Egypt, Lebanon and so on. Personally I'm unable to bellydance with high heels on, so bravo to the girls twice, they looked "flirty" but funny at the same time, and especially not vulgar at all :)

It depends on the style of dance. Saidi, is usually danced with shoes.

@@ReneeKnightYogaRani I've been told that the saidi stick is a shepherd's one and one should imagine to be dancing on the sand, that's why I dont like any type of dance shoes, but I'll try to get used to them! :)

Ce aa le faci,daca nu se pricep? Ele cred ca pot compensa lipsa de cunostinta in privinta stilului de dans prin costume,corp frumos si frumusete. Sint amatoare,dar se cred profesioniste.
