Pls correct your info. It was the elder daughter of Nawab of Bhopal, Abida Sultan, who left for Pakistan. While younger sister and Saif's dadi, Sajida Sultan stayed back and died on 5 September 1995 (aged 80), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Her share of property is the right of her descendants in India ( Mansoor Pataudi's family ). This case has been concocted because of the preduice that Indian Govt. has agaist Muslims

That's silly. You can see any bias wherever you want, but Abida Sultan was the heir and would have inherited the properties. Younger sisters have no fundamental share in royal properties. Had Abida Sultan stayed, she would have inherited the entire property. The government is well within its right to challenge any transfer as basically illegal. Saif Ali Khan can approach the tribunal or the courts to get justice. The act on enemy properties is reasonably clear as on date. Specifically bars any claims by descendants regardless of nationality once the original owner has left and the property is classified as enemy property. Partition happened on the basis of religion, so any enemy property would almost wholly (excepting any that went to China) belong to Muslims. The original act has been there since the time of Nehru. Even billionaire Nusli Wadia has not been able to claim Jinnah's house, and he isn't muslim. He happens to be the direct grandson of Jinnah with no other descendants.
