We do not find any interest in this plant since most of the employees do not belong to bengali society, they are from outside of Bengal. We the Bengalis do not have any love or belongings to this plant.

Employees are selected from all India basis competition Exam. Who qualifies, works there. I work in Bhilai Steel Plant and a lot of Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Rajasthani, Bihari, friends work here. We are good with it. Infact we are lucky that we got chance to know one another culture. SAIL is central govt PSU so restricting it to a particular community or region would be injustice to the talent.
