The small vents aft are fuel vents on my Westsail 32 Hull565

Yes! That's right - I was able to track them down later. The vent on the port side just ahead of the cockpit has an old tube to it but just ends in the engine compartment. Might have been for an old vented loop - but the previous engine did not have a vented loop in the exhaust system.
