Just come across your channel. Great videos and nice to see you enjoying sailing. I own a Wanderer based at Spinnaker Club, Ringwood, Hants. I have also sailed at Ullswater and agree a wonderful place. Just one point though: why do you not use a mast buoyancy bag? This will stop you inverting in the event of a capsize and make recovery easier.

Excellent video guys, thank you so much. My last attempt at dinghy sailing ended up with the RNLI. How embarrassing. I did progress to small cruisers and have been sailing for 40 years so I sincerely hope you continue and have as much fun as I had.

After five and a half years of rework and refit we finally took my MacGregor 25, SV TibFib, for a sail today. During the shakedown cruise I made sure we executed tacks, jibes and we even hove to. I thought of y'all and your sailing practice as I did this. Don't give up, there is a big boat in your future. Be pirates forever and stay in trouble. ;)

Swallows and Amazons forever! Great stuff, thank you. You have changed my mind about Ullswater, I have been there quite a few times, but my memories are filled with clouds at head height and horizontal rain, not very fun enducing when paddling an open canoe. Maybe if I take the Artemis over the gods will smile on me and give me better weather. Thanks for the lovely film.
