I go back to your albums often. Some of the most repeated in my whole library. You’re a master of playing and songwriting and arranging. The music is in you, and I find beautiful enjoyment in whatever of it finds its way out. Currently reveling in the genius of the Summer Breeze album for the who-knows-what’th time. Thank you, thank you for sharing your music, Martin

Stunning as always! Question if you don't mind answering: what type of strings are on the guitar? Sound quite warm on the low end.
@tallstrom9 ай бұрын
Thank you! They are (old) Elixir Phosphor Bronze 012-052. I think the guitar itself is pretty warm sounding. Sitka Spruce top and East Indian Rosewood back and sides.

@@tallstrom Thanks, my hands give up on 52s very quickly on my Furch OM-CM . But I recently added some 11-47 Martin Flexible core silk/phosphor and suits my weak fingers much more. Slightly quieter but I don't mind haha.

Hola - si, "open D tuning"
@CanaldoOTA9 ай бұрын
What a beautiful playing...what a great reverb. What did you used?
@tallstrom9 ай бұрын
Thank you! It´s from my recording program Cakewalk Sonar, called Sonitus FX Reverb. The trick is to use a long decay reverb but keep the level on the lower side, so you mostly hear it on louder notes. Which is also another good reason for playing dynamically :)

Simply beautiful Martin! I was wondering if the tab will be available for purchase? Thanks!

Can you call out the tuning for this please?
@tallstrom9 ай бұрын
Yes, it´s open D. The song is however played in the key of A, which is a bit unusual perhaps.
