Sailing Out From Ensenada | Royal Caribbean Ensenada Cruise (July 2024)

We recently completed a cruise to Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico aboard Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas. The cruise was conducted over four days, with the ship arriving at Ensenada on the third day, allowing passengers to explore the area. Excursions, including horseback riding, a trip to the natural marine geyser of La Bufadora, and ziplining, among others, were available (required extra fees). We visited downtown Ensenada, which only cost 4 dollars for a roundtrip bus ride from the ship. While in downtown Ensenada, there were many shops and restaurants to check out.
On the ship, there were a variety of food options at the Windjammer buffet during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The main dining room offered fine dining, which was included in the cruise fare. Aside from food, there were plenty of activities on the ship for shoppers, swimmers, gym goers, concert enthusiasts, and even for those wanting to hit the slots.
In a place that some may call a “floating city,” it is worth acknowledging the hard work of the employees, many coming from countries, such as the Philippines, Indonesia, and parts of South Asia. Our experience would not have been as pleasant if it wasn’t for the dedicated, hospitable, and friendly workers who were with us during our cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas.
