I was able to spend most of my younger years growing up on the shores of a bay called Humboldt Bay. It had what we called the Bar, and entrance, and depending on your timing choice, could have absolutely HUGE standomg waves in it. The waves were popular with surfers but crazy for boats !

I really enjoy the informative nature of your videos and how you spend most of the video showing nature and not making the video about you. You show actual sailing!!! What an entrance! And what an excellent job of video and editing you both did. This was a great episode. I am just in awe at how beautiful the French Polynesian area appears. Maybe one day I will get to see it in person. Thanks for sharing. As an aside Thomas, your fellow countryman Viktor Hovland just dominated the Tour Golf Championship. I know you mentioned you weren't much of a golfer before but might be a good time to throw a set of clubs on Be Free and hit the links on some of those beautiful locales so as to uphold the Norwegian golf dominance on that side of the world! You should secure the tack of your headsail to the foil. That will take the load off the spot where it enters the feeder and distorts the sail. Doing it your way could create a catastrophic failure starting at the feeder. Gotta love Ahe’
