I'm starting to understand why Kelly always says "leave a positive comment below". I can see that two camps have been formed around Kelly's love life. You got the Blue Gabe camp and the "new guy" camp . Both sides bickering about who is better for her! Hi Kelly! So happy for you being back on and in the water doing what you love. I suffered a similar injury to my left ankle Oct 30, 2023. It still is not healed. Also being extremely careful going up and down stairs. I hope you continue to heal as we both know, it takes a long time. Take care.

Only special additional exercizes will help to completely heal ankle. May be pumping up a calf muscle, as its where from blood flows into ancle. Also necessary do not overload it. I would also drink kalcium and collagen or gelatin regularly - because this is what joints and bones consist of. When I was a scholl boy, I was a boxer. And my shoulder was in pain for several mounth. Only additional warm up and self massage before each training helped it to heal completely.

I love Hibiscus tea. That Hibiscus is used in an iced Mexican drink called Agua de Jamaica (pronounced 'ham-eye-kah'). It so delicious either way. I prefer it chilled, tastes similar to a fruit punch. Good to see you out making videos again!

Many years ago, I played Div 1 soccer in college. Senior year, at full throttle, I went to stop on a dime and rolled my ankle so badly that I was carried off the field. I din't break it, just a brutal sprain and the doc at the emergency room told me breaks actually heal faster than bad high ankle sprains; the colors were gross. I couldn't even think about running for 3 months. And I was only 21 at the time. Hang in there kiddo, it takes time.

Ice water and a little salt in a bucket, immerse ankle for 15 mins and repeat every hour will reduce the swelling. Beware it will be intense and not pleasant!.

Kelly, you might try keeping some "Moleskin" on hand for use on blisters, put it on when dry, even better on spots you know might blister before they actually do. Most Pharmacies should stock the product.

Yay, Q T Pie is here! I was in bimini once, 30 years ago, just overnight before heading back to Miami. It had a cool kind of makeshift walk in Hemmingway museum with a lot photos. They used to use Tommy Guns (I own one, the case says Chicago Typewriter 🤣 It's semi auto) to kill the sharks that would eat the Marlin they were towing in. I have no idea if that is still there. I caught a sailfish and a bunch of large Mahi that were tasty. Fun trip. Back then, the marina had armed guards with M16s due to the poverty and the very expensive boats and yachts in the marina. Perhaps economic opportunites have improved since then. We walked around town and went to a bar restaurant and had zero poblems. The folks were very friendly on all the islands we went to as I recall.
