Mario. Did you call the container ship on the Vhf? I do mot remeber if you have AIS transponder too. Did you get his name? Very sad that professional captain behaves that way. Glad you both safe

We tried it a few times but they didn't answer. We don't know his name,as we were close to him we had no time to look after the name 😣 at this point of our travel we hadn't an AIS but planed to get one. Now we have one 👍🏻

I liked the old fortresses. And Nina not in the vids enough? I don't know...She IS very lovely, though, and Handy to have Around. And all the Work she does Editing. I always know she's There because of her narrating, which is Very Good. Everyone knows that Behind Every Good Captain is a Hard-Working and Competent CREW, after all. Mario, I believe that Mooring scenario was Worth Two Fingers of WHISKEY, instead of coffee, lol! Perhaps it IS a Good Idea for Nina to be in more vids, especially Teaching Useful Skills. Thanks to her, I will NEVER Forget The CORRECT Way to board an inflatable dinghy from the water. Beautiful! Perhaps on Long Passages she should make Instructional Videos.....

No AIS on Board to get recognized by professional cargo and fishing ships? It can help you to identify them much earlier and act step away from their course

That's true. We have an AIS now. We could see them moving on the radar and tried to called them via VHF... Boatlife 🙄
