Answer to your first question: Yes, it does need glue xD But I'd say only for the arms and head, not the wings, use gel super glue as it gives you more control :3 Answer to your second question: No, the original Galaxia had her hand sculpted on the sword so it's hella stable :P Also, about this sword here, yeah, it's not stable at all, one would need to add a small pin in the hand to connect to sword for stability, so E fucked it up there. Wait till I finish your DD girls set, I'm gonna trash that Galaxia to the ground LOL!

I got the Sailor Cosmos figure from this store and it had similar issues. I didn't like the face on the Cosmos figure, and I don't like the face on this one either, so I didn't get it :/ but that's just me. I still think their figures are amazing for what they are and it's great to get figures of characters that aren't normally popular enough for merch!

I still would not use glue on it. If you wanted to ever re-sell or stack it in the box because of moving or such, you will not be able to. It is not a figure to play around with anyway.

Bad thing about E2046 is that everything there is either counterfeit or unlicensed. Garage Kits believe it or not, have to be licenced if using a copyrighted character. What E2046 does is they recast the original garage kit. t that, i dont mean they use the same mold, they literally take the garage kit pieces and use it to make a new mold. This process loses a lot of detail so they arent as high quality as the original garage kit. By technicality, everything on that site could be considered bootleg. even if they sculpted their own, which they do sometimes, but they never get licenses. And yes, they recast official figures too, which is bootlegging.
