It would've been cool if all the other Sailor Scouts got an eternal form as well. I do believe maybe Usagi only got one because she is the main character and maybe it would be too much time to animate, especially all the extra colors in the eternal form. But I dunno XD. I really like this though. Something about the music makes it feel more emotional. Especially if this was put into a final episode. (Idk I forgot what their last transformation was-)

I'm glad you enjoyed the video! About the Eternal form, it's even weirder if you think about the fact that they get it in the manga. But, like you said, it was probably a way to save time.
