"Even stopping, even turning around isn’t scary. But if you close your eyes, you can’t go forward." I think this is the most beautiful part. It's not just about 'have courage, suck it up'. She's really comforting someone who is unsure and scared, and telling them its okay. She's asking they stay strong, but only so strong as to keep their eyes open. I love how the other Inner Senshi have an inner monologue for their poems, but Makoto is reaching out and trying to take care of someone else in hers =)
