Thank you for your detailed introduction. I bought a hy6 mod2 just days ago, and after the first roll taken, the screen said "film full", but there was no film advance to reroll the film. After that, the second roll cannot be advanced either. The film back is new. I don't know how to fix it.

Mr. Chong, I shoot with a Rolleiflex 6008 ( the predecessor to the HY6) as well as Hasselblad 907x and really enjoy both cameras for different purposes. This is by far the best review of the HY6 I've seen anywhere. Thank you

HY6的一些功能是延續1984年開發上市的Rolleiflex 6008，能夠program程式攝影，也可以A光圈優先或S快門優先攝影，或手動調整曝光值攝影，等於是120中画幅相機DSLR135化，操作非常便利。尤其曝光系統，除了可單點或全面平均測光，最特殊的是5點平均測光，而且不管換那個觀景器，都不影响測光值，那時的Hasselblad ELM相機根本無法跟它比。Rolleiflex 諸多優點集ㄧ身，Hy6 還跟Sinar、Leaf合作，各出各自品牌，可惜marketing 市場營銷做的不好，終歸走上破產，轉賣公司員工圖東山再起，還是欲振乏力，最後被Phase One給買下，束之高閣。以今天中國財力，若當初能買下Rolleiflex ，發展相機設計製造技術，也許又是另一方局面。

My old SLX is one of the most beautiful cameras I have ever used.I had two at one point. Its up there with the Contax 139 with a motor winder. I have been a fashion photographer for about a hundred years - and have used everything there is from Toyo 10x8 nad Sinar 5x4 and everything in between inc Hass and Mamiya RZ - I now use a GFX with all the toys attached and whilst its a great work horse worthy of replacement for my GX680III, (which is now on permanent display at Fujifilm House Of Photography in Covent Garden London), it does not however have any of the beauty, simplicity or charm of the Rollie or Contax outfits.

I have a HY6 with Leaf AFI-10R 56mpx back. I need to take it out again. That 180mm/2.8 is stunning. I also have the 80mm/2 xenotar.

I have to admit, I had no idea the HY6 existed and that it had such known brands that worked together with it. 18:26 - For me exterior doesn't matter. I'm more of a, "function over form" person. I get the large aperture problem. I guess it's reasonable given how many are used to studio settings which normally use a smaller aperture + strobe lighting. A digital medium format camera I'm desiring to own one day is the Leica S3 (not released yet). Their lenses range pretty much f/2.5 (f/2 - f/3.5) which are huge. I also think there's always a market for f/4 and smaller lenses for lighter weight just as Canon has made for their 35mm line of lenses.

HY6 is great camera. schneider lens is very sharp. It's incredible matching. I wanna get hy6.

This is realy great camera. I can't become to like hasselblad h series, even though I have hasselblad v system. By the way, please introduce "forcus trap system". that's excellent function which other camera don't have.
