phone holder rakhda traffic police le samatdaina ra? it was banned due to pathao guys I think. Is there any process to get permit to use it?

I heard that the ban was uplifted. I mostly use my bike for touring and offroads, rarely inside KTM. So I think the rule is tight just inside valley, didn't have any issue till now.
