Just a point, Halifax is not a bigger port. Yes, it has more container traffic, but in regards to tonnage and ship movements, Saint John is busiest on east coast. In fact, tonnage wise SJ is second in Canada after Vancouver.

Hello I like your videos. I only discovered them a short time ago and I'm excited about you 2 and St. Johns. What a beautiful city. I especially like the episode where you rode the bus. I am also a bus driver from Germany. And would love to move to St. Johns to be a part of the city. Sending you love from Germany and please carry on. Thanks

First time viewer here. Is there any reason you prefer Saint John over Moncton? Based on cursory research, I'm seeing Moncton has a bigger population.
@WeLoveSaintJohn Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. Moncton has a bigger population and better shopping. Saint John has the ocean, rivers, history and natural beauty.

I don't like this at all and it's been about 20 years since I've lived there in my hometown and they're destroying the best parts by taking out the volleyball sand pit area... the Coast Guard base... and I'm guessing a lot of other things that they're taken away that is making summertime very attractive to that Boardwalk area but I like to keep in touch with my hometown in every way and looking at this mess is disgusting. I don't like it. And I'm from the lower west side and Uptown is one of the big parts that I remember growing up now it's being taken away just like they took away Cherrybrook Zoo at Rockwood Park. And I'm going to wonder how am I going to enjoy the downtown area and the boardwalk when it's being taken away like this when I come back to the city

Real estate 2 years ago was affordable but now it’s ridiculous. Very overpriced since the pandemic. No thanks. I have no wish to buy a house and have it be worth 2/3,s of what I paid for it in two years from now.

People have been saying that since the dawn of time. Rents have gone too, but if you'd like to keep lining the pockets of your landlord, by all means go ahead. Your way of thinking is how your landlord gets rich.
