I love that bag ! I am wanting a burgundy colored bag for the upcoming Fall and this one is gorgeous !! Was looking at the YSL Shopper tote but I'm digging this one more as this one is more structured. Great video thank you !! I'm an RT btw ! I just subscribed :)

Hi, how has the wear & tear been? I’ve got your red bag but in black & the strap has split & broken. I was wondering if it’s because it is so structured & stiff. How does it compare to your softer tote?

Eek! I hate to hear that! That could be why, the straps on my black one is much softer than the red, so definitely could be a factor, especially with bending or if they get wet or exposed to our daily elements. However, I would try contacting Saint Laurent and let them know about the strap and see if they can repair it 😘 good luck with everything and stay amazing

Hi i just purchased this also. Thank u for the review. Did u notice any bending or creasing around where the handles are sewn ? YSL told me the slight creasing is normal due to the type of leather ?

Hey Nee, Janna has been busy with work so sorry for no reply. I (her boyfriend and fellow purse aficionado) am off so I just looked for you and I see no creasing or bending around the handles. The bordeaux perforated leather she has only carried 4-5 but she also has the regular shopping tote in black which she has used much more and both look fine. The Bordeaux is more stiff than the black and perforated YSL of course but otherwise very similar. I will try to add photos to this post, I hope this helps.

Tim A. Thank you so much Tim for replying. I ordered 2 bags from YSL hoping the second one was better but it was worse than the first. I even received a letter from corporate saying it was normal after I sent them pictures of the bag. I just don’t know.... Thank u so much once again. Janna had the only good review that I saw.

@@needes8559 you are welcome and sorry you are having an issue, I know the website says "vintage leather" and it is different from the other tote but no issue yet, maybe once she uses it more. We are Saint Laurent lovers but for sure Saint Laurent has one of the worst customer service and client services out there. And thanks for the compliment, she enjoys doing it and if she had more time I am sure she would have one for all her bags but gives her a goal for the future. Good luck with the bag.

Tim A. I totally understand. I work in the health care field as well. Smh. I must agree about saint laurent. They have very beautiful items but I was very disappointed in this whole ordeal. Thank u again for responding. Have a great evening !
