We were there the first week of June and it was amazing! Just one word of caution though the roads are not good! If you have motion sickness you'd better take some medicine because the roads are like a roller-coaster without the safety features!

I loved St Lucia- just a beautiful island and very warm people. We went to the sulphur springs mud baths and even though it’s been over 5 years, I can still smell the sulphur on my bathing suit despite many, many washes! Did you get to the drive through volcano? I also loved the botanical garden and waterfalls- both Diamond and Piton falls.

I have been in St. Lucia for 4 days and it is lovely I went to the mud bath and it made my skin feel smooth and hydrated. I recommend going on Israel kings boat tour, they were so nice and the service was amazing. They showed us half of the island and they showed us some snorkeling sites.They explained everything to history and celebrities houses.We are staying at the Coco Palm Resort, it was in a very good walkable location. The venders on the beach can be pushy. One thing I’ve learned is teach your kids to not be handed what they are selling, I have been tricked into this before. It does rain pretty often but it feels good in the hot weather. (when it rains look for rainbows). Restaurants are good but I do not recommend getting a burger here the meat is not that good in my opinion. North of the island is really pretty (where we’re staying in Rodney bay). On every Friday there is a street party with all the locals and tourists. The street party can get a little crazy. If your with kids it is nice to go 7-9. My kids really like getting dog food to feed the strays. Tì banana is the restaurant at the Coco palm and it is delicious. Right by the Rodney bay police station is a beautiful beach, the inflatable water park is great for children, I went with my kids and it was super fun even for me. Tubing is also fun on the same beach. I haven’t hiked up the big mountain they were talking about yet. The Olympic Nobel prizes blew my mind. St Lucia is the perfect beautiful vacation. I’ve loved it so far.❤🇱🇨

I have been going to St Lucia since 1970 and have gone every year last time i was there was 2020 but i couldn’t travel since December 2020 but am hoping if i can go 2024 if i can travel i have been to lots of the inland’s and St Lucia has been my best i love it there

Hi Jetje, wat gaaf! Het is iets waar je nooit spijt van krijgt. Sterker nog, wij zijn nooit meer gestopt! De budgetten, daar waren we in het begin altijd heel open over, destijds in 2016 deelden we alles over onze eerste reis rond de wereld. Via facebook voornamelijk. Het lastige is dat wij niet meer zoals vroeger sparen om te reizen en thuis werken. Inmiddels zijn we voor de vijfde keer langere tijd van huis en hebben we van onze hobby ons werk kunnen maken. Er zijn dus geen budgetten meer om te delen. Je zou dus ver terug kunnen kijken op onze facebook, maar prijzen van toen zijn natuurlijk ook sterk veranderd. Heb je een beetje door alle video’s heen gezien welke bestemmingen we allemaal bezocht hebben? Als je daar vragen over hebt kunnen we je natuurlijk helpen! Groetjes Wout

You can definitely go to the drive in volcano and sulphur springs with kids. The design is made safe for everyone. For the sulphur bath it’s your decision as a parent. Halle Bailey was there recently with her baby. It is the world only drive in volcano, you will understand when you visit.

Hi! Which have you been to? We visited almost all Caribbean islands and they are so different. In culture, in climate and especially landscape. Some have amazing beaches only, others have rainforest or even mountains. I think Saint Lucia has a bit of everything. 🥰 cheers from the family!
