Before I come to discern how Gods grace includes even untangible things like dreams I often dreamt of horrible fearfull entities present in my dream that almost kept me from sleeping or not to go to sleep to avoid unpleasant dreams..But when I started to pray and ask the Lord to give me good sleep even assuring to believe that all things seen or unseen are under Gods command and control all bads instantly disappeared been replaced with calm and joyful dreams..

@MrsAngelala, you need to find a different church and report that priest to the bishop.. If the priest is changing the words of consecration that much, the sacrament is not valid and it is not, in fact, the body of Christ. There are alot of abuses that do not invalidate the sacrement, but the words “this is my body” and “this is my blood” are the form of the sacrament. If they are changed, there is no sacrament

In the Christian tradition, intercession is a deeply rooted concept. In the Bible, we find verses like James 5:16, which says, "The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective." This verse highlights the idea that the prayers of believers can be a source of great strength and blessings. While we acknowledge that Jesus is our ultimate mediator and source of salvation, we also believe that fellow Christians, including the saints, can act as intercessors. Just as you might ask a friend or family member to pray for you during difficult times, we ask the intercession of saints. I'm 35, and I've been a witch and occult practitioner for 20 years. 2 weeks ago, I accidentally performed an exorcism chant on myself and from that moment I knew there's no turning back to the darkness. So every night before going to sleep, I used to put my sleep mask on, headphones on, and listen to enn chants(demonic chants). The KZbin autoplay option somehow managed to sneak in a chant I never heard before. I didn't bother to take off my sleep mask, to look in the app and select another chant, I just let it play. The chant was in latin, I know latin very well, I was a book smart witch, no mediocre. Probably this is how the YT suggested me this chant, because it was in latin, as my usual choices. Hearing and understanding unconsciously the lyrics, k!lled me with kindness. I just bursted into tears, my cats started yelling, not meowing, both very agitated next to me, and were following with the eyes something I couldn't see, on top of my head. They looked as if they followed a fly flying on top of my head, except there was no fly. The chant is named "Crux Sacra sit mihi lux", chanted 33 times. "The Holy Cross be my light". I fell asleep with this chant on, because the following chant autoplayed by KZbin, was the same one, but the 8 hours long version, so it kinda played all night long in my headphones. I fell asleep as a witch, I woke up a christian. I woke up with an unknown joy in my heart, I jumped out of bed as a child on the Christmas morning, even if I had no reason to. Usually I woke up depressed that I survived another night and once again, I didn't d!e in my sleep. Miserable life. I walked into the kitchen as usual, to have my morning coffee, and when I saw my entire altar dedicated to pagan idols, I had a panick attack. Whaaaaat haaaaveee I dooooooone?!?!?!????!!!!! Noooooooo! I instantly destroyed the entire huuuuge altar I builded in all these years. I'm about to burn everything. The 7 decks of tarot cards, pendulums, divination board, totem animals, magical etems, they're all gonna burn down to ashes. If a day before listening the chant, someone would have touched with a finger my altar, if someone would have dared to harm my altar and my items, I was ready to release the entire hell upon them... Then this chant happened, and I can discern very clearly the good from the evil, a veil was lifted from the sight of my eyes and it's so overwhelming. Satan's work of 20 years was destroyed by Jesus Christ in 12 minutes, this long it takes to sing "Crux sacra sit mihi lux" 33 times, a time for each year lived by Jesus Christ in flesh and bones. I can't even describe the experience I lived that night. It felt like I instantly knew everything that had happened. I knew effortless what's evil and what's correct. For those who grew up in light, the impact of God maybe feels ordinary for them, or maybe they can't see it. But when you have spent your entire life in darkness, and God is releasing you, it literally k1lls with kindness and forgiveness, all the UGLYNESS that Satan has put into you. I wanted to change my name many times, but now I feel so proud to wear this name, for my name is Cristina, and it originates from Christos. No darkness survives light.

Thank you for sharing. Wonderful story. God is so great! Happy to know that you are in God's loving arms and the precious blood of Jesus saved you. Coming from darkness as well since I have come to a point of committing suicide, and God saved me years ago, couldn't help but agree to what you said that when God releases you from it, it literally kills with kindness and forgiveness. God is love, He overcome my general anxiety disorder and depression. And now, I am joyfully crying for He is blessing me with so much blessings, material and non-material, that I think I don't deserve of. This what people with hardened hearts don't experience. @@calmmindassuredly Thank you for your kind words. It means a lot knowing that someone really understands my experience. I also struggle mental health issues: Borderline personality disorder, bipolar, complex PTSD. If I tell anyone about how God saved me, they believe it to be a manifestation of my mental illnesses, hallucinations or mystical delirium. But I don't feel the need for validation, I know it was real and it's enough. I was thinking about how the society is still wondering if paranormal activity is either mental issues or genuine spiritual experience, but the truth is that very often it's both of them. Mental illnesses can coexist with spiritual illnesses. One can be equally mentally unstable+under demonic influence. My satisfaction is that I know that Satan fears me A LOT at this point. I was wondering how comes that he doesn't seek revenge, because I betrayed them in a blink of an eye, after a 20 years long partnership. I made a team with them for 20 years, who knows best Satan's secret language, tricks, traps, but also his weaknesses, IF NOT ME? I became a real menace to them. If I speak up EVERYTHING that I know, because I was an insider, this is public humiliation for Satan. I'm defeating him with his own weapons. And I will do it. I accept the judgement of God for my rebellion against him, and in return I will expose Satan's tricks every single time I will have the chance to. And everytime I will recognize his dirty work in someone, I will personally take charge of the issue, simply because I love humiliating Satan.

*hugs* Thanks again for sharing... truly, great to have conversations like this. It's really disheartening when people don't believe in God especially we experience His grave and blessings. We just wanted them to experience what we have and are experiencing. Thus, we both know that this is what the devil wants and God taught me not to react anymore on these kind of people but rather to respond through praying for them. He teaches me to let go of that heartache by letting it to Him. Moreover, God also taught me how powerful to be in silent is and speak only when it is needed. And before speaking pray for the Holy Spirit's gift of tongue and wisdom. Unsolicited advice, continue to pray because Satan can always attack us anytime so we really need God's protection. Spiritual discernment, in my opinion, is the greatest of all the signs from God's deliverance from the devil. I am often times rationalizing my incorrect and inappropriate decision making as a lesser of 2 evils. Evil is still evil!!! Please Lord through St. Pio's powerful intercession grant me this great gift and all the other signs to guide me safely through this life to always make the right decision and draw me closer to Your Sacred Heart.
