That would distort the natural frequencies of the piano strings, and the hammer action would sound unnatural. Instrumental music is more than just notes. Seek different versions of pieces, don't speed real music up and down!

Marvelous performance, though I would like to hear slightly faster tempos in some sections. Also, could I suggest a version with 3 pianos and 12 hands. That would be even more magnificent. Okay, I am greedy, but it's just an idea (which I hope someone will take up!).
