You have very little emphasis on diet and what constitutes a healthy cardiovascular diet. It's not just smoking but also with HBP, High cholesterol, and high sugar & caffeine consumption. Many times "You are what you eat." Doesn't caffeine constrict fine blood vessels in petite women?

they can't do any kind of surguriy because it will stop m heart.I'm a Paraplegic and haven't walked or stood since 04 and have Kidney diesease stage 1 and 3 because of a med. i have all that and sciatica cervical spinal stenoisis and more my granddad hd tis hear5t disese and diabetes ,my grandma,my 2 uncleand my sister also diabeteic'
