Saw Saints in 1971 Tulane stadium against the Bears and there was a 25 delay of game because of noise. Penalty back then.

I was at this game but I will say it was the 2nd loudest the loudest I've been to was the saints falcons game when we blocked the punt I couldn't hear myself scream I could just feel my vocal chords but couldn't hear myself but that was just the loudest MOMENT at the dome so this game was actually probably louder throughout the course of the game still deafening

@TheyHateMarc lmao another 12 year old ranting like he knows shit. the bountygate was only 1 player, gregg williams, who said he would pay whoever injures opposing players. no key players got injured during the superbowl run, and therefore did not affect the superbowl run. gregg williams got an indefinite suspension, and will never play again. and the fans aren't terrible either. every team's fanbase gets salty over every bad play, and will try to find an excuse. although the fans aren't perfect, there's no denying that the saints have one of the best fanbases due to culture and the connection between the city and the team.
