You can be nostalgic for your old internet days all you want buddy, I remember them literally telling me to reload the map over and over for an npc to load in a region that they didn’t even spawn in.

There was a period of time between 2015 and 2017 in which i'd watch his videos before sleeping once every few days and i would have no problem just rewatching them, like i lost count of how many times i watched the ProSkater/ThugPro videos and the game breaking glitch ones. I don't know exactly what makes them so rewatchable, but they have a really good feel to them, very old youtube like you said.

I think a more likely guess for spawning mid air for some of the Hitman targets would be that they placed you in the back of a helicopter for the activity.

About No-Vin, two (albeit unusable) stores can still be found in the Barrio district, where Freckle Bitches (but Spanish) appears in SR2, and across the road from the Barrio police station. This also implies that No-Vin was cut sometime before/or during volition redesigning Stilwater to it's modern form; using more building block copies...this redesign probably also resulted in Hitman being radically changed as well, but that's just my suspicion.

Started playing Saints Row because of you. Fired up the game, did Reclamation, and started Hitman/Chop Shop. Played for about...I dunno, 6-7 hours? The only hitman targets I have left are the wanted level related ones. I'm maybe a third-half of the way through Chop Shop. As much as it is annoying, I'm still having fun. So, thank you Flippy.

I think the worst part about the first 3 saints row games was how bad the spawning system was with EVERYTHING. And not to mention most of the mayhem missions feel impossible. Love these games but if they ever remake them they really gotta fix the glitches that affect you even completing tasks

Funnily enough these two activities are both key to the speedrun! It is random but the chances you get enough respect from hitman contracts throughout the run are high enough that it's viable Chop shop we mostly only deliver the set spawns like taxi, ambulance, destiny, nightingale and Dex's raycaster

I actually think chop shop is great for cash. I would spend hours fighting the FBI outside the Vice kings chop shop. Steal the FBI vehicles and then make an easy $5,000 at a time.

Get the titan from the hijacking activity and store it in your garage and keep blowing it up with grenades. Each time you do it you get $10,000 and the cost of the grenades and respawning the vehicle is lower than the money you get.

I love Hitman. Group them by weapon types and drive around the city looking for their model. If their model spawns, but not the right clothing set, you can set the target and then spin your camera while moving to force despawns and spawns until your target shows up or their model stops appearing. Similarly, chop shop is relatively simple once you get stuff like the custom Zenith you can't turn in. Sure, you can't turn it in, but the game only spawns a short list of vehicles at any given time, so just driving one around will make more spawn, and you can steal one of those.
