I'll make it really brief. 2 games are not sufficient to make definitive statements about any player that's making their debut in a new team for reasons that should be obvious. No one questioned his accuracy. If you're a fan you should know that other teams look at film. Once they figure out a scheme to counter or contain a player, THAT is when the good players differentiate themselves from the rest. We are not yet at that point.

@@drewgreen8391 I agree with this as a Panther Fan. They have spent the last 2 years investing in their Defense while picking up Offensive players along the way. Their Defense is top notch now. They just need to work on the red zone def but that’s more on a scheme level then talent one. Next Draft I hope they start investing in the Offense. Specifically the O line. That being said they are doing better than I thought they would. Good Couching can make a big difference.

They probably could’ve, but the jets are just too incompetent. Drafting a new qb is like putting tape on a hole in a sinking ship, but there’s so many holes idk where else they could start. I don’t think a single receiver or rb from last year with darnold are still in the nfl as starters, save for maybe berrios who’s a backup/practice squad guy on most teams, his runningback/checkdown guy was 40, and worst of all he had Gase as his hc. I feel like they both needed fresh starts the jets clearly failed the rebuild and darnold, and need to start over and hope they get it right this time. I think it was the right move for both of them to completely restart things.
