This may be stimming behaviour. Is his sensory integration going on? He may be visually sensitive and gets excited watching day light & sky. Pl watch our sensory processing disorder series- visual sense. It may help

Hey Sir, my son shows some signs of autism, like he is on the move normally, won't speak in full sentences, slight eye contact issue, dosent understand the risk of unknown people and surrounding. But on the other hand he is extremely good at studies, he started doing complete math( addition,subtraction, multiplication, and division) and reading at 3. We really require guidance on how can we help him in areas of struggle, we are seeking help from an occupational therapist. Is there anything else you can suggest ?
