From your sharing our understanding is that the child understand the instructions and follow the same and he is aware of the surroundings. In this case we have 1 suggestion for you, that worked for Sainyam. Sainyam was our first child and we used to show our love by giving him whatever he wanted, without even him saying...like almost all parents we over pampered him.. There is a high possibility that the child doesn't feel the need of speaking, because his needs are getting fulfilled by just prompting or indicating..( whatever means of communication he is using at this time) For many days we practiced not giving Sainyam what he wanted, unless he spoke...it was painful for us and a struggle for him. But it paid off.. You can try this

Hi, Sainyam is grown up now, going to be 14 this year. He is very disciplined around his daily routine, gets a lot of homework, so busy doing that most of the time..By God's Grace, eye contact was sorted while he was growing up.

Please put your son in play school or aangan wadi . He will get a chance and exposure to be with other kids . Please adk the teacher to take care of your child to help in overcoming his difficulties in a friendly manner and not to misunderstand him. I wish you and your son well . Training on a continuous manner 12x7 is a must .

Hello. My son is 5 and half yrs old. He is also audio visual learner. He learned a lot of things from KZbin. Animals, fruits, shapes, ABC , 123 he can read and right these things too with scrabble pieces. He can recognise every thing when he see in environment too. But still there no communication. He sings rhymes or repeats animals names and their sounds. Lives more in imaginations. Can you plz tell how your teach your son to communicate. He actually don't imitate. But follow daily routine instructions. What kind of homeopathy you guys used i am also using som medicine but no major effects still.

Hi, thanks for sharing.. One suggestion and One Tip for you. Tip: Do a lot of role play activities with your son...where you and your partner will speak with each other giving simple instructions and taking action accordingly..Let him learn by watching you. This really helped Sainyam in learning meaningful language and making sentences. Suggestion : Please avoid giving KZbin access to the child ...it's addictive and may promote living in isolation/ imaginary world. We have taken a note of your query. Please dimag se ye khyal nikal do, ye ek imaginary fear hai...jab humara dusra baccha hone wala tha, to hum dare hue the, ke kahin use bhi autism na ho, kyonki humne bohat jagah dekha tha ke pehle bacche ko autism ho to dusre ko bhi ho jata hai...Lekin ye sirf hamara veham nikla...Aisa kuch nahin tha..❤️😇 Trust us, ye dar aapko apne bacche se connect nahin hone dega...to dar ko dimag se bahar karain...your child seems absolutely lovely and fine.. Nice info. Mam please share some tips on improving social behaviour.. like if we have take him to store for example- he keeps touching stuff.. always here and there.. how to help him u derstand. OT to aap regularly karwate hi rahiye, sath main speech therapy shuru karwaiye. We would suggest to try what we did with Sainyam.. Record yourself taking his name...and play it on TV or Tab. See if he turns towards TV. Try this a few times, with different family members taking his name. Once you start getting results, turn the tv off and stand in front of TV and call him by his name.. It will be a fun activity...:) Do it with patience and share back with us, how did it work ?
