Everyone needs qualifications and needs to be suited for the job. No one gets a job because of their ethnicity. If its a diversity hire, the company gets payed more and does it for financial gain. That was only put in place because bame weren't getting jobs. And it only covers 1 ethnic person. So a whole cooperation only needs 1.

My viewpoint is if your only one of a handful of an ethnic minority in any situation, that doesn’t mean your a token gesture, with the ethnic issue we are a dominantly white country so this is always going to be the case. We do need more working class people at the top of organisations, who know what working class people want and are in tune with their views. It is called a career. You can pick any large company in the world... people join and stomach the workplace culture, primarily to have that company on your CV, ...and then they leave, feeling they need to highlight how awful it was. They paid your salary and you didn't need to work that job if you didn't want it. Ride it out until it is too much... but the remainder of your career is based upon having that name down on your CV - which certainly gets you an interview if nothing else.
