Can subsidiary company gives cogurantee for it's holding company taking loan from outside institution

But sir credit sale is represented as loan by a book debt so in that case section 185 shall be applicable Like for eg. Tata company gives jaguar car to sir ratan tata ji on credit sale but on company book debt it shown as that it is a debt however it is not a loan but kind of loan

No Credit sale you can't consider as a loan either directly or Indirectly.. it's against the consideration.

Bhai dekh vaise companies are not permitted to lend loan/guarantee/ security to its director, relative of dir, firm of which director or relative of director is part of, but 3 entities aisi hai jinhe kr sakte hai vo jo sir ne btayi lekin iske daath vo notice waali condition bhi aayegi baaki sub section 3 me md/wtd, ordinary course of business, holding-subsidiary ka hai jinhe kr sakte kyu ki usme starting me likha hai nothing contained in sub section 1, 2 shall apply to, subsection 4 me penalty and last subsection me exempted companies like nidhi, gov and pvt but unme bhi 1-2 condition hai
