Could he beat all of Marvel and DC solo if he had enough time to rapidly accelerate his gains through fighting? Yes. Would anyone that can already stop him let him begin to infinitely accelerate the rate his strength increases by? No. If he fought Superman, and Superman figured out Saitama's strength will just keep infinitely accelerating upwards the longer the fight goes on, he'll end it in one blow as fast as he possibly can to make sure Saitama doesn't become a threat he cannot handle.

Even if you get behind the claim of him being practically limitless in power, that's still only raw physical power. And yeah, he's shown he can fight against power that's cosmic and sci-fi (look at his fight with Garou), but that wasn't as close as the cosmic power he would probably be facing in the Marvel and DC universes, so he'd have much greater difficulty, and you could make an argumentative claim that he could be like Mash from Magic VS Muscle where he is just so powerful can just overpower magic, but at the same time that's a stretch since A that applied to a whole new series entirely, B we have yet to come across anything that could be considered magic in the One Punch Man series, so we don't know how effective he'd really be against it, and C even if ignoring those two statements there are magic users in both comic book franchises that I'd say are just TOO OP for any of that to even be worthwhile by much.
