These methods in this video took me a while to understand by myself. It really does help to not be impatient, compare/compete yourself to others and to Enjoy the process of your own creation and this video confirmed my newfound resolve that I have about my own art. These are good points which I have had troubles with before, especially rushing to the end of a drawing. Impatience (rushing), competitiveness (jealousy), and effort (have fun) - these are all negative traits that will keep you from growing.
Yess, I never getting jealous seeing people who draws so good actually. It makes me go like "Omg the art style is so pretty! I want to be as good as them" I usually take it as my inspirations or study how they do proportions, coloring techniques, background, etc
