​@@divinesecrets5045 they won't tell you the secret recipe bacause their competitors might take advantage of it. You can make your own masala when you have sufficient experience of cooking. For example, you may use hing, finely grated ginger, garlic, little garm masala, dhaniya, jeera powder and amchur powder to make good starting point. There is no written rule that masala can be made in only particular combination of ingredients. You can use your own creativity.
