All of these complaints about Xenoverse. They tried something new and unlike Battle of Z, it worked, it wasn't perfect but it worked. All that's left from here is just to just improve. Budokai Tenkaichi eventually became Budokai Tenkaichi 3. At least this game didn't rehash the story of Z and leaves room for future storylines.

Yup, lots of recolours and repeats of the same attacks. Its kind of dumb. And even when a character goes super saiyan or transforms, their blast stays the same size. Budokai Tenkaichi had the best ultimate attacks.

Fake Freddy I just don't feel the power behind the Ultimates like I did in Tenkaichi 3 & Budokai 3. Remember how satisfying it felt to pull off an ultimate on your opponent in Budokai 3 & watch the destruction from space? That with the addition of the health bar shattering & the enemy's body disappearing, it was a truly satisfying win.

When people complain about Xenoverse it seems to be like 80% "this character isn't in" or "this ultimate looks weird." The first one is a cancerous attitude that involves characters being added to the game for the sake of them being there and so we can all go back to just using our custom characters, the second are because people want 100% cutscene for an ultimate and don't understand the way they are now is geared towards all modes of combat, including 3v3. I'm sorry, but in a 3v3 match I'm really not down for watching a cutscene that might be happening on the other side of the field. Can't wait for Xenoverse 2.

Yeah. I do wish the story had been a little more expansive (you know, actually cover the android saga instead of skipping straight to Cell, have Super Buu's other forms), but it was good for a first time with this battle style. Here's hoping Xenoverse 2 expands and improves on what's there, without creating too many problems on accident. Only Character problem I have is that they never made Demigra's normal form playable, not even in DLC.

Fake Freddy BT3 is hardly a masterpiece. It's a PS2 game where 50 unique character types are spread through a cast of over 150 with little semblance of balance between the cast. It has a gutted story mode and the shittiest sound design of the PS2 DBZ games because they made sure to compress the shit out of most sound files and textures to make sure it could all fit on one disk. Budokai 3 is a masterpiece.

Fake Freddy The number of characters doesn't make a game at all. What makes a game great is the actual game itself, which BT3 barely was. It had extremely little depth as a fighter and not a single aspect of it wasn't improved in Raging Blast. Yeah, it was 150 characters, but like I said, it was 40-50 actual individual character types spread over a massive roster. B3 is a masterpiece and I think Infinite World just got the short end of the stick because of when it came out most fans had moved on to newer gen consoles and so it mostly went unnoticed.

Goku did use the Spirit Bomb in the OVA Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans, since he was a Full-Power Super Saiyan, and the x10 Kamehameha is a Super Attack, not an ultimate.

i feel this same. this game lack some rly fun to play characters from db budokai tenkaichi 3 game imo best on when it comes to fighting and fun it gives (i need to test modded one on pc). Nam, master roshi, chaoz and so. Most of those finishers are just volleyball attacks that are kinda useless (or situational) even in dbbt 3. Theres is almost no animation of geting hit by genki dama just some spazms, trunks UB looks bad, Brolys one is tragedy . The way how you can make your own char is nice but i think becouse of that stuff didnt want to make more animations of attacks and how this orginal1 would react make this game not as fun as it could be and def not as fun as hype made it be.

Also, the shooting shit all over the place vegeta was the vegeta before he learned final flash and ssj4&3 Goku have used kamehameha multiple times. And that was Gohan from the alternate future (the place where older trunks came from) and since Gohan has trained with piccolo so much, I'm pretty sure he knows special beam cannon. And lastly, stop being so rude and stupid, this never killed dragon ball but brought it further, the game has weak specials because it's based on combos and customisation, you can be fighting the perform a special the fight again instantly it kinda flows like water that's the best part about it, so stop crying.
