I am highly impressed by the cleanliness, cooperative and polite attitude of staff , living quality of rooms and above all manners and traditional Arab hospitality of the hotel ! I must say 5 Stars are less for such a tremendous hotel, if there would have been 10 stars, I would have clicked those! Bravo 👏 Keep serving Guests of Allah!

Great hospitality, close to the Haram and good food a very comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank.

Best hotel to stay in Madinah, very near to Masjid Nabwi and just a five minutes walk from entrance (gate no. 15) near to ladies. Very nice staff and helpful, outstanding room service. Nice luxury room, enough lifts to take you up and down. Every thing is very much on foot steps.
