Kinda interesting. Listening i started getting shaky like i have low blood sugars, and nerves started firing off aching and then I started gettig twitched in my body and in limbs and then my spine. Then i felt like when you're in a dream falling and wake up feeling like you were slammed against your bed. Interesting experience with this.

Yes continue listening, if you are listening to the ayn and hasad ruqya and you yawn/fall asleep and get headaches then this can be a sign of evil eye and Allah knows best. Continue to listen and see if you have any more reactions. Make sure you are praying 5x a day
