Tbh if enough of the group is polite the culture will just catch on. I’m sure one or two come in with egos but it probably gets stamped out first because enough of the players are nice. On the flip side if it doesn’t get stamped out then it spreads like a disease, even the normal nice kids feel pressured to act up just to fit in/not be bullied. It’s all about the overall culture

@marwin taukechan Spain much like Germany changed their philosophy in way they played. This was based on a common goal which England never had back then. Now, i think we are at the beginning of a new era for England. We don't need to reliey on that one player to win it for us but a collective effort which is the DNA of great teams.

Having a person who can uplift the mood will really help to take away the nervousness of the players during the tournament. Tbf though Jesse really did well since January.
