At first it was embarrassing but then I noticed something. Who else can defeat ohma zio in the series ? I mean decade only got the powers of every main kamen rider up to 2019 while ohma have the power of EVERY kamen rider up to 2068. (Main , Side , villain , Etc) Keep in mind that decade could only switch to specific kamen rider to turn into therefore getting their power. While ohma has the COMBINED power of every kamen rider , every abilities , etc. Even with that , ohma zio has its own set of op abilites. So when the scene of decade getting DESTROYED by ohma zio is completely making sense. When he got killed by zio decade armor saber form , only because ohma let him. Was it kinda disappointing? Ye Did it make sense? Absolutely

I can defend some of his cases RU Kuuga: Man was most likely hesitant to go all out on an ally. Kivala: He literally asked for it Another Decade: 50% of his powers got stolen and another 50 he gave to Zi-O in a Ridewatch Apollo Geist: Caught off guard because of Natsumi got attacked and on the other fight Tsukasa prioritized getting Natsumi's life energy back Iffy cases Agito: i don't remember what happened on that scene ngl Delta: Probably was defending Gil in the heat of the moment Fifteen: Before Neo-Decade, Fifteen outclassed Tsukasa in terms of form roster The hell, Kadoya? Blade King Form: "Bro, you pretty much outclass every rider before you. It's one thing if he was an ally but he clearly was not." AR Ohma Zi-O: "If you lost or died in your base form I would've accepted it even if it was a kid and an AR Rider cuz it's still Ohma, but you just got a new form (ignoring the design) you could've at least put more of a fight and survive." I might be wrong in a lot of these, it's been a long time since I watched Decade but I am completely confident in the Kivala, Another Decade, and AR Ohma cases

Rising ultimate kuuga knocked Tsukasa out of his transformation in 1 blast and Kivala while she was handed the win on a silver platter demonstrated that breaking through Decade was a means to defeating him....also in the scrapped movie she legit got to kick his ass

Kabuto can rewrite history and timeline,... all of these are absurd fantasy level. And that's why i said UNCERTAIN CONDITIONS. For Kuuga, his power is purely STRENGTH, his rider kick can destroy earth even in his base form, pure POWER.

The Kamen Rider 15 loss I'll never get over. Decade didn't even try to win against 15. He had every reason to fight seriously against him at the beach area, yet he doesn't pull out his final form. Goes Kuuga without weapons, and then swaps to Hibiki and then just loses. How is 15 using decade's powers better than Decade in that movie? That movie was terrible for so many riders.

Some of these he was unhenshined but then again the fact the you can run a sword right through him if you can break his defenses is a glaring weakness....also Decade might be able to turn into any rider but that does not make him Omega Zero and it does not make him invincible.

To be fair, Ohma Zio IS essentially the last Kamen Rider, since he has access to powers of EVERY Rider from past to future. Of course Decade can't top that.
