warm up Mini cable flys 1. Lat pulldows 2. Incline dumbell press 15 degrees 4 sets , 2 warm up sets 3. Seated dumbell overhead press 3 sets 4. Cable flys 3 sets with 40 sec time under tension 5. Lateral raises 5sets , 40 sec tut 6. Tricep overhead extension 3 sets 7. Tricep pushdown with rope 3 sets

@@kshitijbhardwaj7434 bhai vaise agar apni experience se bolu to push pull legs push pull legs, ye hafte ke basic training ho gyi ek time ki. Aur agar 2 time karna hai to ek morning hiit dekh lo jiska main target abs ho(spot fat reduction kahi nhi hota, ye hiit calories burn karne ke liye aur core strong karne ke liye hai), aur agar thoda aur calorie burn karna ho to jump rope bahut hi accha option hai.

This is the first time that some one is recommending less number of exercises per body part. I think this is why you are so consistent with lifting. Will definitely try.

I train 1 muscle a day and I do around 6-7 exercise of 3-4 sets it takes me around 1 hour to complete . Should I try 2x times train muscle and follow this routine

Warm up - mainly wrist and shoulder . Basic shoulder rotations and sideways arms . Then rotator cuff s . Then lat pull down as a warm up And small set of cable flies

Bro for a major muscle group, 5 variations are okay.....now people who have less time can do 2-3 variations and call it a day.....but i love to train so i do 5 variations

@@lostmeinspace WTF 😂😂. Just do 2-3 exercises for chest muscle 2 for shoulder and 2 for triceps. That's more than enough. I don't even know how you used to train for 3hrs it would lead to more muscle loss rather than muscle gain

I see how your routine between 1st and 2nd L-P-P series has evolved. It’s all about experimenting which exercise is better for you. I’m glad I have taken your routine as a baseline to figure out my own routine. Everyone should do the same thing, instead of using the same exercises as yours. Thank you brother!

IGNORE MY NAME So, after 30 days of normal routine I decided to follow Push,pull and legs hope it will give me more reaults and in my colony gym we have dumbbells and treadmill only i manage to do with that but i think with dumbbells only we can do alot of exercises and yeah you inspire me alot ,,,thank you

Don’t know if ull see this. I don’t hv any great physique but after going failure in lateral raises use a weight 1-2 kg less n again go to failure without rest. The feeling is amazing man.( learnt from andrei dieu )
