Yesterday was my leg day and i tried Bulgarian split squat for the first time and i did 7 sets of 12reps per leg with 30kg additional weight (15+15 dumbbell). And i was planning to hit leg press then hamstring curl and then Romanian deadlift but i couldn't even stand up straight so i didn't do anything because i tried bodyweight squat and i didn't even do 2 with proper depth. Dude it was so exhausting just from 1 exercise and then today my glutes and quads are so sore. I didn't expected it because i thought the volume was too low but man that exercise is something else.
