Hey Saket your tip of maximising the intensity and lowering the volume REALLY helped me! tbh the workouts are KRAZY tiring but the growth is sick and hence I'll be continuing this protocol. Earlier I used to do like 10-12 set now within 4-5 intense sets my body be like hogya bas😂 IDK whether this is true for this idea of training or what but another thing I noticed is more than volume training Intensity is helping more..I'm lifting more weight !💪🏻

@@pratyushkumar7418 I mean I can't tell u what exercises to do exactly... I'd suggest doing the exercises which your body feels or likes the best. But yes with Volume or intensity, I'll anyday suggest intensity hands down.

saket everyone talks about how their rows are stronger, howewer my vertical pull is almost 30kg's more than rows. my lat pulldown is 85kg while my row is 55kg. is that suppose to concern and how do i fix this gap? btw love your videos

Mai usually har exercise ke 6 sets karta hu 12-15 reps, aur last ke 3 sets failure Tak jaata hu. Aab mai chah raha hu ki mai har set failure tal jau, toh kya mujhe sets kam karne chahiye?

hi, Saket so my gym has only 20kgs dumbell and after that its a direct jump to 30kgs so how should I go about the progressive overload here, as if I take 30kgs for any exercise like incline press or incline bench chest supported rows I am not able to do more than 5-6reps and the 20kgs one feels light I have tried adding sets slowing eccentric and increasing reps already. Any advice from anyone is appreciated.

Hi Saket, recently ive seen a lot of videos saying that training lower chest isnt necessary (sam sulek), sone it might make your chest droopy and you should focus more on upper chest, not even middle chest that much. Whats your take on this?

There is nothing called "lower chest". Lower chest middle chest etc are bs and they don't exist. U only have two heads which are referred to as upper chest and middle chest. That's it train it and you're done

So at the one end of the spectrum, there's over-training and doing so much of junk volume but on the other end is the thing Saket is currently doing i.e. doing very little. only 3 sets for back will never be enough.
